Real simple today
- Elliptical for 1/2 mile 9.20
- deadlifts w/ 20 lb medicine ball - 40
- Elliptical for 1/2 mile 8.54
- deadlifts w/ 20 lb medicine ball - 30
- Elliptical for 1/2 mile 8.00
- deadlifts w/ 20 lb medicine ball - 20
- Elliptical for 1/2 mile 7.45
- deadlifts w/ 20 lb medicine ball - 10
Workout by myself
- 1.2 miles on the treadmill
- incline 2.0 speed 3.0 for 6 minutes then increased the incline by one every minutes until I reached 8 incline. Then back down to 2 incline for 2 minutes and up to 8-10 each minute, back down to 2 and then up to 10-12 and back down to cool off. It was a great burn!
- chest press 3sets of 12 - 25 lbs
- pec fly 3 sets of 12 - 30lbs
- incline press 3 sets of 12 - set 1 20 lbs, set 2-3 10 lbs
- shoulder press 3 sets of 12 - 10lbs
- 737 calories burned
