Day 187 - 4 weeks to go

Words of Inspiration
"Inspiration comes forth from within. It's what the light burning within you is about, as opposed to motivation, which is doing it because if you don't do it, there will be negative repercussions. Motivation is making myself do something that I don't really want to do. Inspiration is having the clear picture of what I am wanting -- and letting Universal forces come into play to get the outcome."


This just sang to my soul as I read it and I HAD to share it.  I am constantly thinking to myself, "I am so grateful for the inspiration that is coming to me today."  Literally every single day, I say that mantra to myself.  Then I read this quote today and I just want to shout HOORAY, you're on the right path.  You are figuring this out.  You are doing what you have been brought here to do.  You are going in the right direction.  You are living downstream.  You are living in the now.  I am doing it!  I UNDERSTAND!!!  I'm so blessed.  I'm so grateful.  I am following my heart.  I am living my dream.  I am loving myself.  I am doing everything my heart tells me to do.  I am listening to my spirit.  I am listening to the inspiration that is constantly flowing to me.  I am blessed to hear it.  I am blessed to know when it comes.  I am blessed to feel this constant flow of joy and peace and goodness all around me.  YES, I AM BEING INSPIRED EVERYDAY!!!!  I'm blessed to have each of you in my life.  I hope as you read this message, you will be inspired.  You will FEEL my love for you.  You will gain inspiration that you are seeking.  Ask for inspiration, and it will be given to you.  Then act on that inspiration accordingly.  You will find miracles happen in your life.  Much love to you all on this gorgeous Fall day.  I just came back from a long walk outside.  I soaked up the sun and enjoyed the nature of this earth.  We are blessed to have such an incredible earth that gives us energy and power beyond words.  I pray you will continually be inspired!!!

  • Cable Row to Neck -30 lbs - So for this you bring you start off sitting and then bring your body down almost parallel and then do the row - HOLY ABS
  • Dumb Bell Flys - on my back - 20 lbs
  • Leg Lowering - So for this you lay on the floor propped up on your elbows then bring your legs up to a V position and then crunch them into yourself - HOLY ABS   
  • Side Sit Up - You do this on the back extension machine - both sides
  • Dumb Bell Squat - 30 lbs
  • Back Extension
  • L- Lateral Raise - 7.5 lb

Day 185 & Day 186

I have experienced this first hand, almost daily now.  I really look for inspiration in all that I do.  Every morning I wake up and ask for inspiration and I really follow my heart in all I do during the day and my days are literally filled with pure joy most of my days.  I am just HAPPY and filled with JOY all the time.  It's the most marvelous way to live life.  I know if I'm doing something and I feel joy and I feel happiness, then I'm in the FLOW of my life, moving downstream, but if I'm doing something and it makes me feel bad or feel like I shouldn't be doing this then I'm in a bad current desperately trying to paddle upstream.  So I choose the easy way, I choose to paddle downstream and let the river of life carry be downstream into pure joy and pure happiness.  Much love to you all on this amazing Fall day.  It's a FOOTBALL day for our family.  I hope you enjoy your family today and create eternal memories with them or with yourself!!!  Much love to you all!

  • Pullover - This is where I lay on the bench and have my arms straight above me, locked elbows and then go down over my head with the dumb bell.
  • Chin Ups - I've never done these before and then are HARD. :)
  • Calf Raise Standing - 230 lbs
  • Romanian Dead Lift - 105 lbs
  • High Pulley Crunch - So this is where I kneel and face away from the cable and have the rope pulley pulled down to where I have my hands on either side of my ears and then I lean down and crunch down to the floor - 10 plates
  • Reverse Bicep Curl - 25 lbs
  • French Press - 25 lbs

Day 183 - YOU ARE WORTHY OF ALL GOOD THINGS

  • Today was INTENSE to say the least - So this was day 2 of my current workout.  I am doing this Charles Poliquin program for the next 12 weeks.  I am now in week 3.  So for week 3 I do 2 - 3 sets of each set of exercises.  Week 4 I do 3 sets and attempt to go up in weight by the 3rd set.  Week 5 I do 4 sets of each exercise and attempt to go up in weight.  I am currently doing 12-15 reps per exercise.  Rotating between day 1 and day 2, 4 days a week and doing an hour of cardio 1 day a week.

I read that today and I really listen to myself when I speak and make a conscious effort to speak in a positive manner. I would have to also include in my FAVORITE PHRASE of “I AM.” I believe “I AM” are probably THE MOST powerful words you can speak. Those words speak volumes to your spirit. I AM STRONG. I AM BEAUTIFUL. I AM PHYSICALLY FIT. I AM FULL OF JOY. I AM HAPPY. I AM FILLED WITH ENERGY. I AM SMART. I AM FABULOUS. I AM A GREAT PERSON. I AM A GREAT MOM. I AM CREATIVE. I AM HOPEFUL. Day 180 - SIMPLIFY

I have been going through this process for the last few weeks.  Literally going through every drawer, every closet, every shelf, every, everything in my home.  I have made NUMEROUS trips to goodwill.  I have given away bag after bag of clothing and for everything I give away, I show gratitude for it in my life and bless it to bless someone else's life.  It has served me well and now it is time to SIMPLIFY!!!  It is so freeing to start getting rid of the things in your life that just don't matter anymore, or clothing that just doesn't fit anymore.  It's WONDERFUL!!!!  Much love to you all this day!

Words of Inspiration

I read that this morning and it brought such PEACE and JOY to my life. I feel like I'm just on the cloud floating downstream and SEEING my surrounding and SEEING the LOVE and the LIGHT that is in this world. I am SO ETERNALLY BLESSED by everything around me. Especially my beautiful children, family, friends, loved ones! What a blessing it is to be ALIVE right now in this day and age. Much love to you all!

Day 177 - Energy Flows Where Attention Goes

Words of Inspiration
Remember that ENERGY FLOWS WHERE ATTENTION GOES.  This is true in EVERY SITUATION, good or bad.


"Now this Energy Flow will buy you things money won't.

It will buy you exhilaration
It will bring you good experiences

It will bring you fulfillment

It is a Source through which all things and from which all things come.

The only thing you have to do to access this account with an endless balance is 2 things.

You have to identify an object of attention to which you will flow it. In other words, if you don't use it, it won't come to you. So you have to continually open avenues to which you will flow it by identifying, "I want this, I want this, I want this, I want this".

..And you have to FEEL GOOD when you identify the outlet. As you open that avenue, as you identify that object of attention and you FEEL the positive Energy flowing toward it - now the Energy is flowing...

So I have found that this is TRUE in EVERY SINGLE thing I do in my life.  Whatever I give my energy to, good or bad, I bless it with ENERGY!  It typically for me though is always good.  I am moving downstream on this white water rapid right now at such a fast pace and I am enjoying the thrill that each new day brings me.  There is so much that is happening in my life right now for the good.  I just walk around and SMILE all day long.  What a blessing it is to be alive and to have pure joy in my life.  Much love to you all!

Day 176 - Day of Gratitude

So today I have chosen to create a Day of Gratitude for myself.  I am expressing Gratitude for everything this day.  I started off my day this morning going into the gym and exercising.  Then onto the steam room for my 3 sessions of gratitude.  Then onto the shower for another session of gratitude.  I am especially grateful for my PERFECT BODY today.  I would love to share with you my thoughts as I was in the steam room and as I showered this morning about my body.  This is something I do daily as I shower, not to this extent, but in various forms.  Today I expressed gratitude for many things about my body.  Here's a little bit about what I said to myself.


"I am grateful for my beautiful hair, it is perfect in every way.  I'm grateful that it shines and that it's soft and that I have an abundance of hair to love.  I am grateful for my brain, for the amazing intellect I have, for the ability to be blessed with so many thoughts, to be able to think clearly, to have such power and energy come from my brain.  I am grateful for my ear, that I hear to the best of my ability.  I am grateful that I can hear that still small voice within me telling me the paths I should take.  I am grateful for my mouth and my teeth, that they can chew my food and be strong and healthy.  I am grateful for my smile, that I can do this simple gesture and bring joy to so many.  I am grateful for my tongue and the ability to taste the amazing flavors that this world has to offer.  What a blessing that is.  I am grateful for my throat for the ability to swallow with ease.  I am grateful for my eyebrows and all that they to do protect my eyes from debris.  I am grateful for my beautiful eyes and for the ability to see peoples spirits.  To SEE the good in everyone I meet.  To see the magnitude of incredible colors that are every where I look.  I am grateful for my neck and for the ability I have to move it around and see this earth and the beauty in it.  I am grateful for my shoulders.  That they are free of pain.  That they are whole.  That they are strong and able to aid my arms to move.  I am grateful for my elbows and the ease of movement in them.  I am grateful for my arms and for all that they do to help me in my life.  I am grateful for their strength and their ability to help me get the job done.  I am grateful for my hands and for all that they do to aid me in my daily work.  I am grateful for their strength and their beauty.  I am grateful for my fingernails, for the strength in them and the ability they have to constantly renew themselves.  I am grateful for my chest and for the blessing I had to nourish my children through my own body.  I am grateful for my lungs and the ability to be able to breathe normally and constantly.  I am grateful for my heart and the undeniable ability for it to recognize truth and to bless me with intuition and strength.  I am grateful for every beat and the blood that it flows through my body to give me life.  I am grateful for the truths it shares with me everyday.  Because as you know, the heart can only speak truth, your head will lie to you, but your heart, your heart only speaks truth.  You might call it divine intuition.  I am grateful for my vital organs and all that they do to cleanse my body continuously and bless me with the proper nutrition and energy that I need in my life.  I am grateful for my back and my spine, for the strength it has to carry my frame and to let me stand tall.  I am grateful for my legs and the power and strength that is within them.  They are amazing and they carry me around day to day.  I am grateful for my feet, oh how I love my feet.  They have never let me down.  They have carried so much weight on them through the years and still managed to function properly.  How I love my feet.  I am grateful for all the excess fat that I have within my body.  I am grateful that it is continually being liquefied and that it is continually flowing out of my body.  It has served me well all these years and now I am ALLOWING it to be released and flow out of my body.  I am grateful for all that I am.  I AM WHERE I AM, I AM WHO I AM, I AM WHAT I AM and for that I am GRATEFUL."


May you continue to feel blessed in your life.  May you continue in feel gratitude for all that you are.  You are perfect in every way.  You are worthy of all good things in your life.  You are loved!!!  You are not alone!!!
