  • Early morning today.  We did a 5:30am session because of my schedule.  I LOVED going in that early.

  • Today we did 7 sets of 3 exercises.  Here's what we did
  • LUNGES - 26 rotating with
  • Single Arm Kettle Ball Swings - Each Arm - 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 - So that means the 1st set I did 21 each arm, 2nd set I did 18 each arm and so on.
  • Close Grip Bench Press - 45 lbs. - 21,18,15,12,9,6,3

I read that this morning and it just screamed out at me JUST BE, LIVE IN THE MOMENT!!! YES!!!! LIVE IN THE NOW!!! I am still going through that process of cleaning out my closet. Literally and metaphorically. I am really looking closely at all my friendships and relationships and asking myself, "are they helping me to grow or are they a negative force in my life right now and so I need to purge them from my life?" Does that mean COMPLETELY ELIMINATE THEM from my life? NO. It means I am not taking the time or making the effort to contact them to keep up with the relationship. I will always be there if I am needed, but I am physically cleaning out my body from all the emotions and fears and turmoil that led me to be 300 lbs. As I shed this weight, I also shed with it negative forces in my life that I allowed to contribute to the weight. I AM WORTHY of all good things. I will not allow negative thoughts, people, situations to rule me ever again! I am loved! It's like when I physically cleaned out my closet and took all those huge clothes out of them, I blessed them, I thanked them for the service they gave and now I am moving on. So as I read that this morning it rang true to me that it is a cleansing, a purging a renewal of my life. Much love to you all! I am blessed to know each of you. We are all spiritual brothers and sister here on this earth and my love for each of you grows with leaps and bounds daily!!!!

You create the world in which you live in. Remember in creating your own world, the thought always comes first. Choose the thought of those things that you DO want. Dismiss those feelings, emotions, desires, fears of what you DO NOT want. Literally release them. Say out loud, I release you. For example for me, I have a desire to be physically fit and so everyday I say aloud, My dear fat cells that have loved me for SO LONG, I release you from my body. I no longer need you in my life. Thank you for your service to me, I release you. Because my OLD thought were I am so fat, I am so unworthy, and so on. Do you see how I've turned those thought around? I KNOW what I want in my life. I have a clear vision of my possibilities. I am a powerful women who loves herself and I am a creator of my own thoughts, desires, feelings and I choose to create positive thoughts, desires, feelings in my life. I am loved. You are loved. You are worthy of all good things. There is is much abundance in this world at the edge of your thoughts, choose your thoughts wisely. When you realize you are thinking negative, recognize and change it. You have the power within you to create your own joy!!!


Have you ever thought "he needs to change, they need to change, things around me need to change"? If they change, then my life will be great! But in reality, if you want change in your life you only need to look within for that change. When you CHANGE, everyone and everything around you will change in relation to you and your thoughts.Will the road to change be easy? Not necessarily. Change is about growth. Growth of self. It might be difficult for some, but KNOW that you can change in a positive way, if that is your desire. You need to CHANGE your negative beliefs to positive ones. You create the world you live in. YOU have the power to create CHANGE within your world. Know that you are loved. Know that you are worthy of change in your life. You can do it!!! ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR HEART. Follow your intuition. Go outside today and take a walk and begin to FEEL the power and the positive energy that comes from this world. The trees, the flowers, there is so much beauty on this earth and EVERYTHING in it is comprised of ENERGY!!! This quote reminded me of my friend in California Carol, who has taken her home and created one of the most amazing flower "sanctuarys" I have ever seen. I can just imagine and feel the amazing positive energy she must get every day as you goes outside. So I would suggest you go out and enjoy this beautiful earth today, pull the positive energy from nature into your being. Bask in the SUNSHINE and the MOONLIGHT. Day 155

Words of Inspiration - Your Transformation Begins NOW!!!
Remember - "ENERGY FLOWS WHERE ATTENTION GOES". I have been moving forward to transform my life and in order to do that I had to FIRST, go through the process of HEALING MY SPIRIT.  For those of you who are struggling right now with anything in life, I would like to ask you this simple question.  "At What Point In Your Life Did You Stop Feeling Worthy?"


I have found with every person I have asked this question to, they IMMEDIATELY know when they stopped feeling worthy.  In fact they can typically remember the exact moment.   


For me it was when I was 7 years old.  So now that you REMEMBER that moment, it's time for the transformation to begin.  I am here to tell you, it won't happen overnight.  In fact it's still happening for me.  I am still going through the process of healing my spirit and will continue to do so until all my extra fat is shed.  For within those fat cells are memories, memories of so much sadness, anger, self hate, depression, unworthiness, helplessness and the list goes on and on.  And so as I shed my weight, I also shed all those emotions within those fat cells.  


So where do you start you say?  Let me share with you where I started.  It starts with your story.  You have a story to share.  Not with me, not with your friend, not with your spouse, but you have a story to share with yourself, with yourself at that moment you stopped feeling worthy.  Why?  Because to your SPIRIT, that experience just happened yesterday.  Even though so many years have passed, to you SPIRIT, it just happened.  Your SPIRIT is hurting, it is crying out saying WHY ME.  So tell you story.  Write it down.  Write EVERYTHING down.  As you do this, those memories will come flooding back into your mind.  Yes, they are not good memories, but this is a process that has to happen to heal your SPIRIT.  So tell your story!  Write it and then SPEAK IT OUT LOUD!  As you speak it, visualize speaking it to that little girl or boy who has been hurt.  Tell him/her those things that you would say if someone told you your story.  What would you say?  What would you do?  For me, if a little 7 year old girl told me the story I had to share, I would cry, I would tell her that it wasn't her fault, I would tell her that she is loved, I would give her a hug and let her know that she is going to be okay now, that I will protect her now.  These are things you need to do for yourself.  Because, who has ever done that for you?  This process takes time.  It might take weeks or months, for some only days.  I'm here to tell you, You are NOT ALONE.  You are LOVED!!!  You are WORTHY of all good things.  Much love to you all this day!  I'm so excited for you to begin your transformation from the inside out and empower your own life!


This is the start of how I began my internal transformation.  My external transformation has begun with the incredible help from The Fresh Diet.  To be able to eat FRESH healthy foods each day has literally save my life and physically changed my outer appearance.  It is a lifestyle change.  I'm so grateful to The Fresh Diet for providing with Healthy, Fresh Foods that are delivered to my door daily.  What a blessing this company has been to me and my family.  They have provided for me the nutrition and energy that my body so desperately needs.  I don't ever think about food now.  It's taken care of for me.  I'm blessed to have so many incredible choices of meals to choose from each day.  It couldn't be easier.  So THANK YOU The Fresh Diet for providing me with the BODY portion of my weightloss transformation/journey!!!  What a blessing!!!!!!!!!!

  • 45 mins SPIN
  • Today we did a heavy cardio day since we did a heavy lift day yesterday.  I personally don't like days like this. :):):)  It's hard, but I did it!  Here's our rotation - Do it 5x's
  • 200 jump ropes
  • 30 kettle ball swings - 25 lbs
  • 50 squats - Today for the squats Joe held a bar out in front of me and I had to hold the bar and squat straight down.  These were as hard as when he had me stand at the corner of a wall and squat down.  It forces you to go straight down and not lean in like I want to do.

Day 153

Words of Inspiration

Take time today to commune with your spirit.  For me this day, I had the opportunity to go into my sanctuary (the steam room) and I took the time I NEEDED to have a conversation with myself, with my spirit.  What did I say?  I blessed myself.  I blessed my body and expressed gratitude for all that it is doing for me.  I talked to my spirit and I forgave myself for all the years that I let myself go.  I blessed my fat that is still within my body and thanked it for serving me well all these years and I am now allowing you to go and leave my body for I no longer need you in my life.  I blessed my spirit to know that I am so grateful for the love I have in my heart and for the inspirations that continue to manifest themselves in my life.  I said to myself over and over again.  I am worthy.  I am loved.  Let me share with you the feelings that came over me as I said those two sentences.  It was a feeling of healing.  A feeling of worthiness, a feeling of PURE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for myself.  I am so blessed in my life to be alive and to have this time on this earth to accomplish so many things.  It’s my turn on earth.  My turn to realize what I need accomplish here.  My turn to be healthy and strong.  My turn to LIVE.  Thank you so much for all the love and support you continually give me.  I want you to know I FEEL your blessings, my children FEEL your blessings and I thank you for that.  I pray that you will FEEL my love for each of you and FEEL my blessings I leave for you this day.  Much love to you all!!!

Training with Joe

  • 15 min warm up on SPIN
  • So after SPIN Joe had me get on the Rowing machine.  After 300 meters I had to stop and get off.  I was going to throw up.  I went to the gym this morning at 6am and I just did not feel good to begin with.  So then Joe said let's go do the stairmaster.  I was game even though I didn't feel good and so I started climbing.  After about 5 minutes I got dizzy and had to get off.  Joe sent me down to the steam room to do my workout down there.  And it was just that, a workout for my spirit.  
  • I did 4 sessions of 7 minutes each in the steam room.  I just had a LONG discussion with myself and I felt the healing process.  I felt so much love and strength as I came out of the room.  It was just what I needed.  Since I've been home I have thrown up 4 x's so I know I had some kind of a bug in me.  But weird enough I feel on top of the world right now.  Almost as if I had to go through some sort of cleansing.  I don't know, but I'm not going to think about it.  It was good that it happened because I have a better sense of me again.  I haven't been in the steam room all summer because of taking care of my kids and now once again, it's my turn.  They are returning to school tomorrow and I'll have those few extra hours each day for myself and for that I am grateful.  Tomorrow it will be back to the grind of full workouts.

You can change your thoughts instantly, by doing so, you change your life.  Love yourself enough to think loving, happy thoughts. 


So for example, if you choose to feel guilty for anything - let it go. If you look at your past and say why me - let it go. If someone says something mean to you - let it go.   
Don't let these thoughts destroy your spirit. RELEASE those feelings of guilt, sadness, hurt. Allow them to LEAVE your mind. REALIZE for yourself your own self worth. KNOW THAT YOU ARE LOVED. Release the past. The past does not create the person who is the mirror. Only you can create that person. How? By the thoughts that you choose to think. SO CHOOSE your thought wisely. If you find yourself choosing negative, bad thoughts, recognize it and change them. CHOOSE POSITIVE, HEALTHY THOUGHTS. Much love to you on this day!!!

  • Today I chose not to go in to the club.  Instead I rode my SPIN bike here for an hour.  It's a SUPER BUSY schedule day for me with the kids.
