Words of Inspiration

I like to call that INSTINCT. When you FEEL good inside about something that is your CORE or your heart or your still small voice within you telling you that it is good. You CORE (instinct) will NEVER lie to you! Your head will lie every time. Follow your heart, Follow your instinct and all will be well. Much love to you all!

Positive Affirmation

I am LOVED!!!  I am LOVED!!!  I am LOVED!!!! - There is so much power and positive energy in the word LOVE.  I challenge you to say the word LOVE at least 50 times out loud, over and over again and ALLOW yourself to FEEL the feelings that will come to you.  They are majestic indeed!


Training with Joe
  • warm up on SPIN for 15 mins
  • Today was a LEG DAY - Heavy Weights
  • Plated Leg Press - 3 sets of 20 - 320 lbs. (I know that seems like a lot, but for me it really isn't.  It didn't seem heavy at all.  I would however NOT recommend heavy weight at all for someone who is just starting out.  Remember, I workout 5 days a week and have built up my muscle in my legs for the last 6 months.) rotating with:
  • Good Mornings - 3 sets of 20 - 45 lbs.
  • Hamstring Curls - 3 sets of 20 each leg - 30 lbs. rotating with:
  • one leg squats - 3 sets of 20 each leg
  • 1 hr SPIN

Chicken Caesar Salad with Grape Tomato, Romaine Lettuce, Whole Wheat Croutons & Sun Dried Tomato with Caesar Dressing.
Dinner
Grilled Chicken Breast with Chili Pineapple Sauce with Spanish Style Brown Rice and Steamed Broccoli
Snack
Strawberry Banana Cheese Cake
Dessert
Maple Baked Pear Filled with Mascrapone Cheese and Crusted with Crunchy Oats.
