Day 146

Words of Inspiration


CHOICES - Every minute of everyday we make choices.  We choose what we are going to eat.  We choose what we are going to do.  Most importantly, we choose what we are going to think!!!  To me, the MOST important of these is how we think.  We can CHOOSE to be happy, CHOOSE to be sad.  We can CHOOSE to BE KIND, or CHOOSE to be not so nice.  We can CHOOSE to LOVE or CHOOSE to hate.  We can CHOOSE to eat healthy or CHOOSE to eat unhealthy.  We can CHOOSE to exercise or we can CHOOSE to not exercise.  We can CHOOSE to LOVE OURSELVES or we can CHOOSE to hate ourselves.  It's all our OWN choice.  No one can tell you how to choose what you are going to choose.  So think about this question next time someone is mean to you, next time you are faced with sadness, next time you are presented with unhealthy food.  WHAT IS YOUR CHOICE???  You make the decisions for your own life.  No one can tell you how to think.  It's your choice!!!  Much love to you all on this beautiful day!!!


Training with Joe

  • Today I have chosen to stay home.  My kids and I are doing a workout session together here.  Here is our schedule for today.
  • Agility Ladder drills - 10 sets - 3 drills - I'll post a video so you can see later today.
  • Jump Rope 50 x's for 3 sets rotating with
  • Push Ups 20 x's for 3 sets
  • 3 inches - For this you lay on the ground and keep your legs straight and lift your legs up 3 inches off the ground and count for 3 seconds. - Rotating with
  • Reverse Crunch 20 x's for 3 sets
  • 1 hr SPIN - YES, I have a SPIN bike at home. HOORAY!!!
