Training with Joe
- I warmed up on the SPIN bike for 15 mins
- Today we did a simple, but powerful rotation.
- Romanian Dead Lifts - 95 lbs. - 30,25,20,15,10,5 - so we did 6 rotations and did 5 less each rotation, rotating with:
- Kettle Ball Swings - 25 lbs. - 5,10,15,20,25,30 - so for this Joe had me do 5 extra each rotation.
- We worked on all the shoulder exercises which I don't even want to talk about. I LOVE MY SHOULDER right now.
- SB crunches whiles holding a 9 lb ball. - 4 sets of 25
- 1 HR SPIN
