Day 147

Words of Inspiration
I challenge you today to go outside and take a walk.  As you walk out in nature, look around you.  See all the life that is happening before your eyes.  Draw energy from nature.  Everything in this world is comprised of energy.  Everything!  So as you go outside, take some deep breaths and begin to allow yourself to feel the energy that is around you.  It is very healing to the spirit to be out in nature.  There is transformation happening all around you.  Think about the flowers on this earth and how each night they go through a process of closing, shutting down and then each morning as the sun shines and bring energy to them they go through a process of awakening and opening and showing their true beauty for the world to see each day.  Think about a seed as it goes into the ground, that seed is full of energy and as it is nurtured deep within this earth and fed from the land it begins to sprout and shoot up and through time becomes whatever it is going to become.  We need to do the same thing for ourselves and take the time to nurture ourselves, to feed our spirits good things, good energy, positive energy.  So that when we go through our own transformation we will be filled or may I suggest awakened to this world to be able to show our true beauty from within that has always been there.  Much love to you all on this day!!!
