Day 28

So I'm playing catch up and am writing 3 blogs today.  On Sunday I just did the elliptical for 30 mins and then went on a mile walk.  Not everything I wanted to do, but it sufficed.

Whole Wheat Cinnamon Waffles with Fresh Banana & Pineapple Cottage Cheese
Lunch - I did NOT like the goat cheese
Crispy Baked Goat Cheese Medallions with Mesclun Lettuce, Sliced Pears & Toasted Almonds, Raspberry Dressing
Dinner
New York Strip Steak with Mango BBQ Sauce with Spanish Style Brown Rice and Sauteed Mushroom Medley
Snack
Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies
Dessert
Honey Almond Cheese Cake
