Day 31

It's only 10:35 and I feel like I've gone through a whole day already.  I woke up at 4:45am and got ready and went in to workout.  Intense again!  Love that!  Then I came home and picked up the kids and took them to school this morning because Grace wanted to bring her frogs in for show and tell.  So then I stayed and helped out in the class for the last few hours.  I LOVE having the opportunity to help out in her classroom.  It's so much fun to see what goes on day to day.


Team Weightloss

  • 30 mins treadmill - interval training
  • 20 squats
  • 20 push ups
  • 15 mins stairmaster
  • 15 mins cybex - every time I do cardio it's interval training
Training with Joe

  • 10 mins bike
  • standing cable cross flys - 5 sets of 5 - 30lbs alternating with
  • Assisted Squats 5 sets of 15
  • Squat to Row - 5 sets of 15 - 50lbs alternating with
  • High Pull - 5 sets of 5 - holding a 25lb olympic weight
  • 2.5 mins hand bike 3 sets alternating with
  • 4 - 15 sec. Planks
Food
Breakfast - 5am
Cherry Vanilla Ricotta Cheese Crepes with Fresh Pineapple
Lunch - 12pm
Chicken Caesar Salad with Grape Tomato, Romaine Lettuce, Whole Wheat Croutons & Sun Dried Tomato with Caesar Dressing.
Dinner - 7pm
Cider Braise Pork Medallions with Rosemary Carrot Mash and Exotic Mushroom Ragout
Snack - 10:30am
Turkey & Green Salsa Quesadilla
Dessert - 3pm
Vanilla Pecan Pudding
