Training with Joe
- I did cardio before I worked out with Joe today which was 20 mins cybex
- 15 mins stairmaster
- So with Joe today we did a rotation of 3 things 10 sets x 10
- #1 - 10 Dead Lifts with a 20 lb ball
- # 2 - 10 push ups
- # 3 - 10 assisted Lunges switch sides each rotation
- 12 mins stairmaster
