Day 174 - Think before you speak

"The thoughts that you think, regarding those things that you want, set into motion the creation, and eventual fulfillment, of that which you want. And likewise, the thoughts that you think, regarding those things that you do not want, set into motion the creation, and eventual fulfillment, of that which you do NOT want." ~Abraham Hicks~  Just had to share this because it goes along with my fat releasing mantra that I shared yesterday!

Words of Inspiration - This one is LONG, but well worth the read. :)
"I learned this years ago & its true. we teach people the boundaries of what is acceptable and not acceptable with us. the words and actions of others... our partners, family and friends... and each new person we encounter.

we can respond in loving kindness & never argue with others, ye...t not forget that words that come from us may be the ones that build & nurture, nourish and caress~ the other. we can teach them healthy habits, and healthy ways of communicating and treating others, by example of our own words and responses to them, our kind and tender manner ~

sometimes we need to say "no, that is not acceptable" and with as much gentleness in our heart that we can let loose and bloom into the situation, we can teach "no" to the other person. no argument, no conflict, no opposition...

we also need to be exact* on how we want things to go, what we would love and like to see happen and the other person treat us... say and do... no vagueness! precision!

* take their feelings into account, empathize!
"is that ok with you?" :)
"what do you think?" :)
unite into one field.
have the other your deepest friend and precious one, so that nothing but love may seep into your communication with them~
this is the secret for true and lasting transformation.
but we also need to be clear and firm in our heart about what is acceptable and not too! no walking on egg-shells... clear and open communication is what is needed, and heart to heart.

don't be afraid of their responses. hold steadfast with your unquenchable desire for peace and unity, love and prosperity between you. dont waver from this desire.
and focus on what you DO want. the outcome... a peaceful, mutually understanding one where mutual respect and honor is FELT between you, along with tender care and compassion for the other. have them as important as you..

blessings and may the force be with you ~
of love and light
may it be in you...
may it be u
it is u ♥

beyond what changes on the outside, we want things to change fundamentally within all the people involved. we want mutual understanding, care and compassion to blossom in all the hearts. then the outward changes are results of deeper changes, not outward brittle changes based on things like fear of blame or conflict, shame, fear of criticism ~

we want positive changes based around love and unity, mutual care and understanding and wishes for each other's growth and betterment in all areas of their life!

what matters most about what we do is not what we do, but the feeling, motive and intention behind what we do. this matters as much with what others do too.

may we bring high energy and bright aspirations behind everything we do & may we look through others' muffled haphazard doings to the good intentions and motives behind them.(sometimes people say they do things because they want whats best for us, but really, what they are doing are making things far harder for us, and helping cause us stress, worry, and sadness for eg..) then we can teach them how best to serve our needs in good feelings ~ ♥" - Owen Fox

Honestly Owen, I couldn't have said it better myself.  This is an incredible message!  I hope you all enjoyed reading it as much as I did!

Positive Affirmation
I CHOOSE my words wisely and speak out of pure love!

Training with Joe

  • So today I ended up doing my workout at home EARLY this morning since I have a busy day ahead of me.   Here's what I did.  FYI - I have a full gym in my basement with all the weightlifting stuff I could want.
  • 3 sets of 12 on every exercise and rotated between 2 exercises
  • Bosu Single Leg Lunges - I am really trying to focus on balance right now.  That is one thing I WILL overcome. :) For these I held onto 10 lb. dumbbells
  • Push Ups
  • Stability Ball Tricep Extensions - For this I laid my upper back on the ball and stabilized my feet and then had my arms straight over my head and held the dumbbell (20lbs) and would bend at the elbow and come down over my head.
  • Bicep Curl - 20 lbs
  • Chest Press - 40 lbs
  • Chest Fly - 40 lbs
  • Ab Crunch - 100
  • Stability Ball Ab Crunch - 100
