Day 170 - Choose to be Kind

Words of Inspiration
"If you see someone who is very different from you in physical appearance or in age or in economic status, use your mind to SEND THEM LOVE rather than a judgmental thought." ~Dyer~  In other words, CHOOSE TO BE KIND and not judgmental.


If people could only realize the negative energy they put on a person as they are judgmental.  It's so sad to watch and to experience.  May we all realize our thought pattern, if you allow judgement to come in, take the steps and change that thought.  Change it to LOVE.  Change it to kindness.  Change it to pure positive energy.  You do this, it will change you for the better.  Much love to you all this day!

  • We did 3 sets of 12 for each exercise, rotating between two exercises each set
  • Push Ups
  • Choppers - 25 lbs both sides
  • Leg Press - 280 lbs
  • Lunges - 12 each side
  • Tricep Pulldown - 30 lbs.
  • Lat Pulldown - Reverse Close Grip - 60 lbs.
  • Chest Press - 40 lbs.
  • Reverse Fly - 40 lbs.
  • Full Abdominal Crunch - 80 lbs
  • Upper Abdominal Crunch - 80 lbs
