- 60 minutes treadmill - interval training
- Row - 1000 meters - this is my 1st time rowing - all I can say is WOW!!! It's HARD!!! rotating with
- sit squats holding 30 lb dumbbell - so for this exercise I stood in front of a stool holding a 30 lb dumbbell to my chest and then sit down and stand up through the heels.
- 30 pushups - so we did this rotation of these 3 things 3x's
