I lost 3 lbs. this last week for a total of 21 lbs. so far! WooHoo! My kids had off of school today so I had Jeremy bring them over to Lifetime and we went and visited Tate this morning. Then I took the kids back to Lifetime and they spent 2+ hours swimming. It's so fun doing activities like that with them.
Team Weightloss
- 30 minutes Cybex Arc Trainer - interval training
- Stairmaster - level 40 - 10 minutes
- Abduction & Adduction machines - 70 lbs - 2 sets of 20 rotating with
- 20 squats
- 20 pushups
- 40 cable bi's
- 40 cable tri's
- 40 side lunges
- 10 mins. treadmill - 10 incline - 3.0 speed
- so we did a rotation of 3 things today, Joe wanted me to get faster & faster with each rotation, I did just that!
- core board - 5 sets of 30
- deadlifts - 5 sets of 30 - 20 lb. medicine ball
- Sumo high pulls - 5 sets of 30 - 18 lb. bar
- 7 mins. treadmill
