- 60 minutes Cybex Arc Trainer. So for this today after a 4 minute warmup I did 10 seconds sprints where I would go FULL FORCE for 10 seconds and then slow down for 20 seconds and then do another 10 second sprint. So I would do 3 sprints per level of intensity. I started on an incline of 7 - resistance 30 and brought the resistance up by 10 after 3 sets of sprints. All the way up to resistance of 100. Then I would come back down so by the time I got to 30 resistance I was rockin it! Then I went up to a 10 incline and did the same rotation and finally ended with an incline of 7 and the same type of rotation. It was incredible! I LOVE the arc trainer.
- So when I started with Joe he put my on the treadmill at an incline of 15 for a 1/4 mile. Seriously, 15, after an hour on the cybex, I did it though!!! My LEGS LOVE ME!!! rotating with:
- 30 kettle ball swings - 25 lbs. for this you hold the kettle ball straight arm in front of you at shoulder length and then you swing in down as your squatting and then pop up and go back to the starting position. rotating with:
- 30 Romanian Dead Lifts - 70 lb barbell - Um yes, 70 lbs!!!! rotating with:
- 30 step ups - So for this Joe had a step that I had to step up with say the right leg and the left leg would come up and do a high knee up and then switch legs.
- So we did those 4 rotations 3x's.
